TAPS works with this company as a non-profit work site to provide light duty work options for an employees that has been injured on the job. "ReEmployAbility has developed a Transitional Return to Work Employment Program with a national network of not-for-profit organizations that are able to provide suitable temporary employment for injured workers. The program enables the injured worker an opportunity to become reacquainted with the work experience following a period of disability, while earning income."

Work duties at TAPS can be tailored to accommodate the injury restriction the employee is facing. We have ongoing options for office / clerical work, walking and socializing with the animals, light cleaning duties, outdoor grounds care, etc.
